I'll start with the mods (commonly known as Stage 4)...
2002 WRX - VF43 Turbo - Deatschwerks 650cc injectors - walbro 255 lph fuel pump - Turbo XS exhaust catless uppipe - STi Intercooler - K&N Typhoon Intake - APS Dual Vent BOV - GM Boost Solenoid - Jorge @ P&L Pro-Tune @ 24psi (March 28th 2008)
I think there are really 2 problems going on here, both majorly hit within the last 2 weeks Problem - car is only hitting 6psi and a few days ago on my way to work I got the good ol' P0171 (Lean) code
Previously the car would flash the CEL if I was cruising in 5th at low rpms and would push the throttle down
Previously the car would skip out and hesitate at WOT and would only hit about 20-21 psi
Then one day it only allowed about 6psi...
What I've done to check for issues...
Swapped out all the vacuum lines going to the boost solenoid
Just did a boost leak test, found a minor leak but still only hitting 6psi
Checked the fuel filter - clean as can be surprisingly
Tried to source a GM boost solenoid locally but no one has one so I will order one after I figure out the fuel issue
Now that I threw the Lean code, I'm scared to throw a manual boost controller and see if that solves the boost problem because something is making me run lean now. Any ideas?
I tried searching but seems all I could find were guys on a stock car with a big bov and intake and no tune...
Thanks all for the help!!

Is that below wastegate pressure?

I believe the wastegate is right around 6psi. I checked the wastegate for movement, just fine. Also in the boost leak test had it at 5psi, held fine, then at 15psi and also held fine.
Something else I'd like to know is how to hook up a fuel pressure test. I'd like to test the fuel pressure before buying a new fuel pump.
Other things to check would be... spark plugs injectors turbo

Well, it looks like this weekend is going to involve inspecting the plugs, fuel pressure test and data logging. If anyone knows how to remove spark plugs and/or do a pressure test... and happens to be around St Peters, I'm up for any help I can get, I have a fridge full of beer and can get pizza or whatever!!

Id also check any "T" connectors, or any connectors with the vacuum lines, Ive had one crack on me before. I dont think its your plugs making you hit low boost, but it doesnt hurt to check them anyway.

The "T" connections are good, boost leak test was successful. The plugs are hopefully going to give a clue to the LEAN code being thrown, not the boost. I ordered a new boost solenoid (coming in tomorrow) to hopefully fix the boost problem. But I'd like to figure out the lean thing. Going to data log this coming weekend

Ugh... just data logged and that was painful. I haven't driven my car "hard" in quite some time due to feeling there was a problem, so I did a 3rd gear pull and it was just painful, the car is definitely not what it used to be... The link to the large screen capture of the pull is... christianberens.smugmug.com/photos/i-LRwhTKj/0/O/i-LRwhTKj.pngI think I logged some good data, if theres something else anyone knows I should add please let me know and I can give the logging another try. The engine knock alone has me scared. It used to do a 3rd gear pull so smooth and quick, now it's like an old man with countless problems lol

Ended up being my MAF sensor. I guess cleaning it wasn't enough, just replaced it with one I had laying around.
Car drives like the day it was tuned!!!!!
