Hey guys, I'm sorry I keep posting about cars other than Subarus haha but I have a problem with a friend's Sentra. She needed a state inspection today so she followed me over to the shop, she turned it off, and we went inside. After figuring out the wait for the inspection was too long (3 minutes later) we went out, she tried to start her car, and lo and behold no start. So we got a jump from one of the mechanics and got back home. She turned it off, after a good twenty minutes of driving (and i revved it ) I turned it off, then immediately tried to turn it on again. No start. Just like before the jump. So I'm confident it just needs a new battery but I don't want to spend 100 dollars of this girls money and have it not be the problem. Thanks everyone, Ima start getting back on gateway some more iv been gone for too long. The miata is close to starting ( again, not a subaru) and il be home for some time during the winter so hopefully I'll see yall soon

O'Reilly's (and I think autozone) usually have battery testers in the store. Takes about 30 min and you have a fully charged battery at the end if it's still good.

No, don't worry about it. No one knows things like this until it happens to them. I only know because I kept forgetting to disconnect my battery before I worked on my car. Had to have them charge/check my battery like 3 times in one year, lol.
