Decided to customize my car a bit more since I have a free day. Decided to try out plasti-dipping my wheels, and since I had an extra can after I finished, I decided to paint my spoiler as well. Here's the results: I'm pretty satisfied with the results. It's not perfect by far, but it makes the car stand out a lot. I've also installed clear corners, bumper signal, and fender signals this weekend as well. Slowly making the car look better. I love the way it's looking right now...minus the dents and body paint. Thought I'd share

Thanks! Yeah white is the only color they had. That's the color of the wheels I wanna get next spring, so I thought I'd test the look on my stocks.

Nice! I like it. Did you you use any of their plsti-dip glossifier product? I think that's what banis325 used to get that final shine.

Are your wheels still white? Or are they more like a grey/brown color? Lol

Still white, I dont get to drive it as much as I'd like. It's starting to bubble a bit though. And now I tried to pull a ken block on my wheel color, now I think I made a mistake lol

Well the good thing is that you can just peel it off and try again.

Ok so went back and forth on whether to post my DIY ken block poser wheel and decided to just show it to show how to be careful when doing this lol. I can't leave my car alone. Decided I wanted to change the look of the all white plasti dipped wheels, so decided to paint one florescent green. Then was unsure about that look, so decided to plasti one spoke white as an accent. Peeling the tape off peeled off some of the dip, and the result looks painted. Thinking I'm going to peel it all off and go back white. Happy dipping everyone! lol

I actually used to have black wheels with one red spoke. Now I have all red wheels. I think I may go back to the one spoke since it was easier to keep clean. I actually got a lot of compliments.

Yeah I would keep it if the dip wasn't peeling off I think. I dunno I might retry it. I just don't like the peeling

Should of put the white down first then cover what you don't want to paint and do your second color and go over the outline of the tape with a razor to get a clean pull then go over it with the glosifier to get a smooth finish and it shouldn't peel.
