Program Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY:
Perform clerical functions, such as data entry, auditing and facilitate Merlin processes to issue and redeem points through award vehicles. Work closely with Account Managers to meet client deliverables.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Open and date stamp mail.
• Print and distribute audit backup from the server.
• Process Enrollments.
• Perform data entry in Merlin, web application & Excel files.
• Review data entry accuracy.
• Assure balancing procedures occur.
• Maintain quality assurance in all internal and external client deliverables.
• Set up Products/payouts.
• Coordinate with account mangers regarding status of monthly processes,
client inquires and feedback.
• Audit claims.
• Involved in direct customer contact.
• Research and resolve low level participant and customer service inquiries.
• Coordinate boxing and shipping of claims to storage.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
• 1 year of general office experience.
• Keyboarding/data entry experience.
Competencies:
• Accuracy in data entry.
• Minimum data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour.
• Ability to interpret and comprehend different handwritten and typed data.
• Familiarity with Windows software environment.
• Orientation to detail.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team.
• Ability to use internet effectively.
• Ability to work within tight timelines.
• Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.

• High School diploma or GED.
