STL SCCA Rallycross is happening again on July 27th at the same Madison, IL Location. The last course was pretty sweet.
Directions from the last event: The location is Madison, IL near Gateway Motorsports Park -Go 203N past GMP to the first stoplight and turn right onto Big Bend Rd -Then continue straight on Big Bend Rd until you reach gravel road -Turn right onto gravel road and go about 200 yards, the site will be on your right. This is a grass field approximately 12+ acres bounded by a lake on the south and the Green Lot (former RX site) on the east and a building site to the north. We will be using part of the Green Lot for Paddock, Timing & Scoring and Spectator parking. The Green Lot is off limits for any other activity. The site is easy to find.
Times, registration info, and other good stuff hasn't been released yet. I'd say keep an eye on this FB page www.facebook.com/events/317730851735368/ for more deets.

I thought this was the 20th? Date was changed per the post on the St Louis Region SCCA page on June 13th: "The July RallyCross date has changed. It has moved from July 20 to July 27 or one week later. Please mark your calendars and join us on July 27 at the same Madison, IL location as our June RallyCross event."

Assuming my parts get here and are installed in time, I'll be there. Probably won't be racing as I won't have proper break in complete on the new clutch.

I'm planning on attending though not sure if I will just be spectating for the first time or racing. I need to get a couple of things done before I race.

I should be there providing I get all the front end steering rebuilt in time.

lol no, we devour broken cars for parts like hyenas. Pay attention the next time someone with an STI crashes, 3-4 local wrx guys will ask if the trans is good.

The subarus that are in the yard are buried amongst other makes so only the foresters are easy to spot. Most are already stripped to the shells anyway.
