Are you looking for a dedicated set of winter tires, or some all-seasons that have some decent winter traction? Alot of the guys around here recommend and run the Continental DWS for an all season.

Or you can get dedicated winter tires like me.

I ran Dunlop SP Winter Sport 3D in 205/55R16 ('00-'01 RS rims) last year. Did okay in the snow without sacrificing too much dry grip in the cold (though there was definitely a difference). Running all-seasons (Conti DWS in 225/45R17 on '08 wrx stock rims) this fall/winter/spring so I don't have to worry about the random temperature swings in MO.

I got the GT articmax. But I don't mind swapping tires when it's warm and I can run my summers. It's just takes me 20 min to do it.

Which Blizzaks are you guys running? I've been looking at the LM-32 and WS70 vs some Continental/Generals, but I just dont know.

I'll double check this evening as they are still in the basement waiting to be put on. I think they are LM-32

Continental Contiextreme and DWS. Work great in snow and winter. Winter tires are overkill here for the 2 times it snows and sticks in MO.
