Hey guys,
On my way to work this AM, my car started shaking bad and then I got a check engine light. I have a Bluetooth OBD-II plugged in and pulled up the app on my phone. Fault code was P0303: Cylinder 3 Mis-Fire. When I clicked for more info, it had none. Since I got to work, I've been flipping through Google and Nasioc trying to get an idea on where to start troubleshooting but all the articles vary from spark plug change to engine failure.
My thoughts are to start with plugs and wires, but really have no idea where to go from there. Thoughts?

I had that same code pop up on me. Swapped out the spark plugs and the code has not returned. Everyone had told me that was a good starting point since they had not been changed for some time.

Yeah, start with the plugs and go from there. Worst case it's either, a. coil pack, 2. vacuum leak at cylinder (injector seal, intake-to-tgv gasket, etc...), or d. bad injector spitting fuel.

Cool. I have no idea when the plugs were last changed(if they have) and what plugs were used.
Any thoughts on what plugs to use? I'm thinking the NGK One Step Colder plugs but others can be considered.

Did you use the One Step Colder plugs or the regular NGK Iridium plugs?

One Step Colder is good for when you're making more power. If you're worried about cost and you're not making more power than stock, then the standard Iridium plugs will be fine for you.

I am making more than stock. It's not much at the moment, but I have some additions planned before the plugs will get changed again.

So when I left work, I checked my AccessPort and codes P0335, P0340 and P0345 came up.
Any additional thoughts?
